1. Services

We provide residential, commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration services, including repair, installation, replacement and maintenance, within our published service areas. Service availability, scheduling and response times may vary based on demand, weather and parts availability.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates for installation and replacement projects are provided free of charge and are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Diagnostic service calls may carry a fee that is disclosed before dispatch. Final pricing may change if additional work, materials or code requirements are discovered during the job; we will obtain your approval before performing additional work.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed to in writing. Past due balances may be subject to late fees permitted by Texas law.

4. Warranties

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, and our workmanship is warranted as stated on your invoice or project agreement. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized modification, neglect, improper use, or service performed by another contractor.

5. Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment so we can offer that time to another customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coats Mechanical LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
