Shad Coats — Owner & Lead Technician
Shad Coats brings 20 years of commercial, industrial and residential HVAC and refrigeration experience to every job. He founded Coats Mechanical LLC to run the kind of company he always wanted to work for: no investor pressure, no commission driven upselling, and no customer left guessing about what was actually done to their system.
That background across commercial refrigeration, industrial equipment and residential comfort systems means unusual diagnostic depth. Shad has spent two decades solving the problems other technicians walked away from — and he handles the communication on every project personally.
